A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your final total. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session date.

Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We can should wherever your heart desires! If you would like some suggestions, contact me and I will send you a document with some popular locations and example photos.

Keep in mind travel time over 90 minutes total of driving and/or walking to the location will incur additional charges.

Cancellations made 21 days before the session will receive a full refund of the deposit.

If you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your session, your deposit can be transferred to a future session (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session will result in a forfeited deposit.

Weather reschedules or emergencies are totally understandable —please provide notice as soon as possible so I can reschedule.

I recommend checking the weather forecast as your session approaches, and I will also keep an eye on conditions. If rain, snow, or high winds are expected, I will typically reach out the day of your session (if I have not already heard from you) to discuss options, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

If you decide to reschedule due to weather within 72 hours of your session, there is no additional charge. You may also change to a different location at no extra cost, provided the total travel time remains under 90 minutes and the change is requested at least 12 hours before your session.

If weather conditions change during your session, we can move to an indoor location or a sheltered outdoor area (such as under trees). If you choose to end or cancel the session at that point, the full session fee will still apply, as weather conditions are generally foreseeable in advance.

Weather-related reschedules requested after your session start time without prior communication will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

I am experienced in photographing in a variety of weather conditions and often enjoy the unique atmosphere that unexpected weather can create. I will adapt posing and location choices to match the conditions and ensure you receive beautiful images you are happy with.

You can wear anything you want! If you’re unsure, feel free to send me outfit options beforehand or bring a few choices to your session. I generally recommend solid, neutral tones and looser-fit pieces, as they photograph beautifully in any location. That said—your personal style always comes first.

Before we start shooting, I suggest removing Apple Watches, hair ties, and anything bulky from your pockets. I may gently remind you during the session, just so everything looks clean and intentional on camera.

Footwear is completely your choice, but I’m always a fan of barefoot photos if the setting allows. They add such a natural, relaxed feel to your images.

Absolutely! If. you’re camera shy or this is your first shoot, there’s no need to worry. I spend time curating poses based on the mood of the photos (location, weather, outfits) to make sure the photos feel authentic. If you see a pose or style you like online, I would love to help you recreate it during your session! I like to give you suggestions and options throughout the shoot that you can choose from depending on your comfort. My favorite photos are always the ones that look and feel the most natural, whether you’re laughing in between posing or fixing your hair. I also like to have a mix of photos in motion as well as still, posed “send to your grandma for the mantlepiece” type of photos.

• If hiking to a location, I recommend brining an extra pair of shoes. Always a fan of being barefoot too!

• I recommend bringing touch up make-up and hair items for any weather effects.

• Any props you may desire. Best if you can communicate these to me beforehand so I can make sure to incorporate them!

• Safety pins. Never a bad idea!

• Screenshots of any specific poses you would like to recreate although completely optional as I will pose you!

• A friend. Always helps to bring out the smile and carry your items ;)

• Water (and snacks for after), especially on the hot days!

I typically carry a white blanket and white sheet to use as occasional props, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Yes! Extra time may incur additional charges. Feel free to message me, and we can discuss how much additional time you might need!

High-resolution digital images will be delivered via an online library within 21-35 days after the session, subject to photo amount as listed in package. Photo packages above 200 photos may take additional time. If you are in need of your photos faster, there will be an additional fee depending on how soon you need them—please let me know as soon as possible.

Retouching and color correction are included. You may request re-edits on up to 20 photos at no additional charge, within 7 days of receiving your gallery. Any additional re-edits beyond that are $0.15 per photo.

Raw/unedited images will not be provided.

Prints are made as they are sold. Dimensions and type of print vary. Message me which picture(s) you might be interested in!
